- When you start the head massage, rub your both hands with each other to warm the hands. This is better for the best results of massage.
- Keep your fingers on the scalp and move them on your scalp. This movement of fingers improve the blood circulation. It is also very effective for the hair health.
- Without sliding your finger on your face, move the scalp back and forth.
- Now place your fingertips on your temples and put pressure on it. Be careful while putting pressure on the temples.
- Keep your hands on the place where the neck meets the shoulders and start stretching left and right. Repeat this stretching many times.
- Keep your right hand on the left shoulder and squeeze the muscles of the shoulders by pressing them with your fingers and palms.
- Repeat the same process with the muscles of the left shoulder by using the right hand.
- Move the fingers of your hands against the direction of your hair and come towards the neck. Repeat this in the opposite direction unless you reach at the top of the head.
- Now with the middle fingers of your hands, rub in the middle of your eyebrows unless you reach at the temporal bone.
- When you reach at the temporal bone, look for a cavity and exert friction with your fingertips.
